For international orders, customer is responsible for payment of any custom duties and/or import taxes incurred.
Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders $75+ (before sales tax if applicable). We apply a flat rate of $9.95 to ship all US orders under $75.
International shipping fees vary and are quoted at checkout. Please refer to "Where We Ship" above for a list of countries where we currently ship.
To upgrade to Expedited Shipping (1-3 business day delivery), please note that at checkout. We will provide rates and a link to purchase this premium option.
order processing Time & Delivery
All orders ship direct from our workshop in Southern California. Orders typically process and ship within 2 business days with the exception of our Signature Soy Candles which may take up to 7 business days for production.
Once shipped, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. In the event there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email/text. Package tracking information will be sent via email/text when your order ships.
Need your items faster? You can purchase Expedited Shipping (1-3 business day delivery). Request "Expedited Shipping" at checkout in the order notes, and we will contact you shortly with options and rates.
Gift WrapPing
Our products come beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. If purchasing item(s) as a gift and sending directly to the recipient, please indicate that it is a gift in the order note at checkout with the recipient's name and whom it is from. We will be happy to include a complimentary gift tag with your order.
Limited Edition Scents
Each season, we update our curated collection with new and limited edition scents. As an exclusive benefit, members of our LM Insiders program can reorder limited edition scents from past collections. LM Insiders can submit a special order scent request via our Contact form, and we will confirm availability of your desired scent(s). For candles, there is a minimum order of 3 candles (any size) per special order scent for this bespoke service.

Return Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of Luxey Maison creations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the event there is an issue with your order, please reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to personally assist you.

To reduce waste, all of our products are crafted-to-order.
We source eco-conscious premium ingredients and partner with local vendors to support our community.
Our line is plastic-free and instead utilizes glass and aluminum packaging which can be repurposed or recycled.
We offer a scented oil refill program for our Eco-Reed Diffusers, and our original diffuser vessel is made of beautiful hand-blown recycled glass.
Orders are shipped in paper boxes with compostable plant-based packing chips and biodegradable tape that can be recycled right along with the box.
Our sustainability efforts are ongoing. We are continuously seeking ways to improve and reduce our footprint.
